How does paying work?

Website Sorted: save a card or bank account when you go ahead. Nothing is charged then. $199/mo starts when we hand over your finished site for review, on the date shown when you save your details or later, never earlier. Pay by card or direct debit, with no surcharge. Your Business, Everywhere: when and how you pay is set out in your signed quote.

What happens after 6 months?

Nothing changes unless you want it to. Stay on $199/mo with small edits included. Or switch to hosting only at $49/mo, where edits and new pages are quoted. Or cancel with a month's notice: we take the site down, send you a full export of your content, and your domain stays in your name.

Can I cancel in the first 6 months?

The first 6 months are the minimum term ($1,194 in total). That is what covers building your site. If you cancel early, the remaining months of the minimum are still due. After that, cancel any time with a month's notice.

Will you replace the ordering or booking system I already use?

No, unless you ask us to. If customers already order or book through a system that works, your new site sends them straight to it. Before launch we check how customers reach it today (Google, your socials, printed QR codes) and keep those routes working. Links on our domain we redirect; links to the system itself are untouched.

Why isn't Your Business, Everywhere priced here?

Because every business needs something different. A cafe that needs reels is not a clinic that needs Google reviews. After a free growth call, Jason sends a written quote: what we deliver each month, what it costs and how to stop. No obligation.

Who owns the website?

Your domain is registered in your name and your content (text and photos) is always yours. We build, host and run the site on our own platform, so there is nothing for you to manage or renew. If you cancel, we take the site down and send you a full export of your content.

What counts as a small edit?

Changes to what's already there: text, photos, opening hours, prices, a new team member or menu item. New pages or new features are quoted first, so there are no surprises.

What if my site goes down?

Tell us straight away. On weekdays (Mon to Fri, AEST) we start on it the same day, and we reply to everything else within 1 business day.

Is GST included?

Prices are in Australian dollars. We're not registered for GST, so none is added.

Can you guarantee more customers or first place on Google?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Rankings and sales depend on Google, your market and your business. We guarantee the work: the site and the search work we agree, delivered on schedule. Then we report what changed.
