Free demo

The demo costs nothing. You do not need to save a card or bank account, and there is no obligation to go ahead.

Website Sorted, monthly

When you go ahead, save a card or bank account for future payments. Nothing is charged then. Your $199/mo payments start on the date shown when you save your payment details, or when we hand over the finished site for your review if that is later. We never start billing before handover. The 6-month minimum starts with your first payment, with a minimum cost of $1,194. Your monthly price will not change during the minimum term.

If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining monthly payments are still due. After 6 payments, Website Sorted continues at $199/mo, month to month, with small edits included. It does not switch to hosting only automatically. You can ask us to switch to Hosting only at $49/mo from your next billing date.

Hosting only

Hosting only at $49/mo covers hosting, security updates, backups and fixing anything that breaks. Small edits, new pages and features are quoted before we start. Hosting only continues month to month until you cancel.

Your Business, Everywhere

We agree the scope, deliverables, price, billing dates and exit terms in a written quote that you sign before work starts. Your signed quote, rather than a standard monthly price or list of deliverables on this page, sets what we will provide and what you will pay. Advertising spend and paid ad management are separate unless your quote includes them.

What you own

Your domain is registered in your name, and your content, including text and photos, is always yours. We build, host and run the site's code, dashboard and services on our own accounts, and they stay ours. If you stop paying for hosting, we take the site down and send you a full export of your content.

Payments and billing

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BECS direct debit. We absorb the payment fees, so there is no surcharge.

We give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the Website Sorted or Hosting only monthly price after the minimum term. If you don't accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect with nothing more to pay, and we send you a full export of your content. Your Website Sorted price will not change during its minimum term. Changes to a Your Business, Everywhere quote need your written agreement. We quote extra work before starting and invoice it when done, due within 14 days.

Cancellations and late payments

After the 6-month Website Sorted minimum, you can cancel Website Sorted or Hosting only by email with one month's notice. Cancellation takes effect on the first billing date at least one calendar month after we receive your notice. Monthly charges continue through that notice period. When hosting ends, we take the site down and send you a full export of your content; your domain stays in your name. Your Business, Everywhere ends under the exit terms in your signed quote.

Stripe retries failed payments automatically and emails you. If a payment is more than 14 days overdue, we may pause the site until it is paid. We will not delete your content without notice.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
