The problem
RYCO Properties is a 60-year-old Calgary developer that read as dated online, and every small change meant waiting on a developer. They needed to look like the modern, community-minded firm they are, and to control their own listings and content.
Our approach
We built a server-rendered Next.js site with heritage-corporate art direction, then gave them a custom admin panel so they edit listings and site content themselves, no developer in the loop. It is the clearest proof of a promise we make to every client: own your site and change it yourself.
